Shipping Policy for Nutri Blend

Thank you for shopping with Nutri Blend. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities (Pakistan): 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.
  • A standard shipping fee will apply to orders below this amount and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available), allowing you to track your shipment.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Nutri Blend is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once. If the shipment remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, it may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most areas of Pakistan.

Please ensure the payment is ready at the time of delivery to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Eligible requests will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Nutri Blend is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Other events beyond our control

10. International Shipping

Currently, Nutri Blend ships only within Pakistan.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
